Talk to usThe free plan is the whole product, not a cut-down one: while it lasts, a new workspace is entitled to everything the Growth plan grants. When it ends and no subscription has started, the workspace keeps its books and drops to Starter — reduced, never locked. Nothing you entered is deleted, and nothing is held to ransom.
Three things about the price that are easier to say here
The GST is ours to charge
If you are registered, the 18% is input tax credit you claim back in the same month, on an invoice that carries your GSTIN. It is a cash-flow line, not a cost.
Going over a ceiling stops growth, not work
Every limit in the product either blocks the next addition or the next call. None of them deletes anything — the engine has no such behaviour to select.
The ladder only goes one way for features
Each plan includes everything below it — 5 ranks, one catalogue. A capability cannot appear on a lower plan and be missing from a higher one.
